Using our real-time 3D customisation tool to change as many or as few elements as you like, all shirts are uniquely designed by you before placing your order. The shirt elements will be produced just as you have selected in the image.
If you are a new Native Thread customer we recommend that you measure your favourite shirt (we all have one) and compare with the measurements you take (refer below). No professional Tailor needed. Check out our measurement page for everything you need to know.
Everyone has a different taste in how a shirt should fit. The right body fit for you will be a combination of what suits your body type and how you would like to shirt to fit. The measurements that you provide us are your Final Shirt Measurements, unique to you.
If you’ve taken your body measurements, please add a little breathing room breathing/margin to those measurements to get to your final constructed shirt measurements. We suggest the following margins:
Chest/ Waist/ Hips - between 3"-5" (inches…it’s imperial, not metric..weird we know), depending on how comfortable or fitted you like your shirt
Biceps - between 2"-3" (Suns out guns out)
Cuffs - 2.5"
Regardless of where you are, we will make sure your order reaches you. Shipping varies on location and order size (all calculated on checkout).
Your shirt should reach you in short 15 - 21 days from the time your order is confirmed. Of course, this is dependent on our courier partners as well.
Once you’ve created an account with us, your measurements and addresses are saved in our internal database. The next time you log in, all you have to do is design your shirt and select your payment option, before checking out. If your measurements change, you can log in anytime and edit them as required. You can also view your order history for past purchases.
No, we do not store any credit/debit card information. We are as paranoid about your credit/debit card information as you are. Your payment details are encrypted and sent to the payment gateway for billing. At no point is this information stored by us.
Yes, if you purchase your shirt online, your last used measurements will be automatically saved to your account. In the case of any alterations, Native Thread will save the necessary changes to your account.
We realise that you may prefer different fits for different occasions, but we currently only accept one saved measurement. Askies.
If you’ve shopped online all your orders will be saved to your online profile.
